Baking & Bunting



Toddler and I made a massive batch of flap-jack on Friday, it was so big that I didn't really notice how much of the ingredients were eaten pre cooking! (Who knew that she loved figs)?
It was an adapted version of a recipe that my friend at work found on BBC Good Food we swapped out some oats for figs and added pumpkin seeds too. Yum - and they feel 'almost' healthy.
We took some to the Booker family when we visited their new arrival (CONGRATULATIONS!) and I even tarted up an old box to pack some in for some other friends who kindly let us use some of their loft space!
Beware... a bunting theme is afoot.
